No offense, but what is a new Moderator good for, if the developers don't listen? I've opened some bug reports in the report section long ago and nothing happened.

has i said before and since there's no feedback from u5 team i will stop my efforts, and which good luck to the u5 team and their way do deal with customers.... I'm sorry for all the ones who believe in this box.

Poor support. I regret I bought this box.
And now they release new box under new brand.
