Tvheadend

Post by Ramtech » Sat Apr 22, 2017 7:58 pm

Why does it need a custom tvheadend and can a new version be customized?

To support functions based on HW drivers, we should support own TVH. We optimized TVH3.6 based on Hisilicon chipset.

It is main reason why we are supporting 2 different TVHs(3.6(Android), 4.1(Linux))

User can customized 4.1 Linux TVH system but can't customized TVH 3.6 on Android OS part.

Kindlly ask for some tutorial (good one) for setting up this tvheadend stuff for u5pvr.

Unfortunatelly when I am in Configuration -> DVB inputs .... i see nothing. I don't get any tv adapters.
I am really stuck and I don't know what should I start with.

not possible, TVH#1 and TVH#2 are usesless as of now...

what I have been able to investigate is that you may be able to do something if you can fin the driver/firmware of the DVB-S/DVB-t tuners

just to give you a hind, this is where you can start searching: avl6762 demodulator.

So... Vivant sold me not 100% working product?
When I look on u5pvr offer on aliexpres everything is beautiful and working and now you are saying that something is not working?

That's not fair.

I will try to find some info about drivers.
Until now I have just changed couple of times available tvheadend version from djjproject.com

No succeed. 😣😥

Quando guardo in offerta u5pvr su aliexpres tutto è bello e di lavoro e ora lei sta dicendo che qualcosa non funziona?

Non è giusto.
I have never bought a box that did what promised by the seller! I have azbox, KII Pro, KIII Pro, u5pvr the best.

So... how to find these drivers? I am 'googling' and so far I dig nothing
What application should I install to detect my adapters? Just for see them in my system. For now I can't even detect them.
